Payment
Method |
|
|
|
You
will receive instructions for making a payment within
2 working days after submitting the registration
form. The registration fee should be paid by the
date written in the instructions. Later payments
need to be confirmed upon registration, or pay in
cash. Receipts (invoices) will be generated and
sent to participants after the payment is received.

Cancellation
Conditions |
|
|
|
The
Registration Fee will be refunded with a deduction
of 30% to cover administrative costs if participation
cancellation is provably delivered by May 17,
2009, in writing. No refunds will be possible
after that date and the registered participant has
to pay the full registration fee. |

|
|
Insurance |
|
|
|
The
conference organizer does not take any responsibility
for injury, disease or possible death of the participants,
or for loss of wage, damage to the property or any
financial loss during the Conference. The participants
can take out insurance at their own discretion. |
