No refunds will be possible after that date and the registered participant has to pay the full registration fee. Insurance The conference organizer does not take any responsibility for injury, disease or possible death of the participants, or for loss of wage, damage to the property or any financial loss during the tours. The participants can take out insurance at their own discretion.
